We managed a 2.5-1.5 win last night.
Richard eventually overcame a stubborn opponent. Andrew was disappointed to have lost due to an error, after playing himself into a strong position. Larry played a steady game but was down on time. He worked a position that looked very drawish, and was pleased when his offer was accepted. Nick won a quickfire match, where his opponent fell to pieces once Nick had gained the initiative.
This sees us remain in 2nd place in Group C with one match to play. This will be against Shropshire 5, who are level on points with us, on 20th April.
