Bhuvaneswari Babu of Wigston Chess Club will be taking over from Paul Mottram, who is standing down, as the new LRCA Secretary/League Secretary. She will be in touch with all Clubs in the near future to discuss any proposals for changes to the League Rules that anybody might have.
